Each apartment can sleep up to 5 people and has:

- one living room with 2 sofas and a telephone

- one bedroom with 2 beds (extra bed possible)

- one bathroom (shower/WC)

- one kitchenette

- one terrace on the seaward side

Each apartment has been renovated, equipped with new furniture, air conditioning and SAT-TV.

The total surface area of each apartment is approximately 40 m2 including the verandah.

Despite closeness to the marina, beaches, cafes and shops, these apartments still retain their privacy, seclusion and a freshness of air that only old, established pine trees can offer.
